Northlight offers high-quality shared accommodation in the heart of Malvarrosa, one of Valencia’s most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods. Our apartments are ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Malvarrosa Beach and approximately 10-15 minutes on foot from the University of Valencia Polytechnic Campus (UPV). The nearest tram stop is only 5 minutes away, providing easy access to the city center, universities, and other key locations throughout Valencia. Several bus lines are also available nearby, making commuting quick and convenient.

Each apartment consists of four private bedrooms, one shared kitchen, and one shared bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and lamp, while the apartments are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to support both studying and remote work. Our residents include local and international students, Erasmus participants, digital nomads, young professionals, and temporary

workers who are looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay in Valencia.

At Northlight, we carefully select our tenants to create a respectful, friendly, and comfortable living environment for everyone. To help us match residents appropriately, we ask all applicants to provide information about themselves, including age, gender, occupation, and reason for staying in Valencia. The safety and well-being of our residents are a priority, and all apartments are equipped with advanced security systems and alarm monitoring.

To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all residents, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, pets are not allowed, and rooms are intended for single occupancy only. Couples and additional overnight occupants are not permitted. The minimum rental period is 30 days.
